Domestic Shipping
We utilize several shipping companies, working to get you the best shipping price possible. The weights vary dramatically for each order depending on what size and how much of each product. The companies that we contract with are USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex, UPS 2nd Day & UPS Ground.
Some items on our website have “shipping included” – those items are clearly marked.
Order Processing
Orders placed through our website usually ship within 1-3 business days. At times we are out on the road sponsoring a horse or dog wash. If you place an order while we are out, we will contact you about your order and give you an estimated ship date.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom & Canada for several of our clients, if you are located somewhere else in the world, please email us before placing an order.
